What do you think of when you hear the word, strength?  Do you think of strong physical abilities, emotional well-being, endurance?

Strength comes in many forms.  Some might see it as being a person who can lift heavy things, or as having incredible perseverance, or the ability to adapt in changing circumstances, while others might view it as someone who is emotionally strong in tough situations.

Regardless of your view of what strength means, we know that as it reads in Psalm 46, God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.  If you find your strength is lacking,

“Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually” 1 Chronicles 16:11

Share your experiences, or just come to listen, as we discuss caregiving during a time of uncertainty and isolation.”
