MOUNTAINVIEW NEWS
Join us at 10 am Sunday morning via live-stream or in-person, or at any time throughout the week. Pastor Erick will present the next message in our Caring Encounters Series, entitled “Roman Road - TBH/Full Disclosure” looking at the book of Romans, chapter 7.
This is a challenging and confusing passage whose meaning has been debated for centuries. Is Paul talking about his pre-Christian struggles or his present struggles? Whichever way one lands on that question, the fact is that the heart of what Paul is teaching leads us to a deeply humble awareness of our dependence on Christ and the Holy Spirit.
It is 2023 Directory Update time! Feel free to update your contact information on the Bridge App if you prefer that. You can also easily update your photos there. Otherwise, please contact Karin in the office before the end of October with any address or contact information changes. office@mountainviewcrc.org
Mountainview Photo Group - Are you interested in advancing your photography knowledge? If you own an adjustable camera (DSLR/Mirrorless) and are familiar with how the triangle of ISO, Shutter Speed and Aperture work together, come and join us as we explore ways to enhance our photography skills.
Our first meeting will be held on Monday, Oct 17, 7:30 pm in the Fireside Room. Bring along your cameras, your own beverage and hopefully, be inspired. We will be following a course called "Photography on the Fly" and are looking to meet once a month over the winter.
If you would like more information, please contact Corinne Bosch, 905 945-4519 or email bosch.corinne@gmail.com.

She says, “God opened a door to blessings for my family! We are better physically, economically, and spiritually.” Through our gifts and offerings to World Renew, we can help open doors to blessings for more families like Merlyn’s.
