Join us Sunday morning at 10 am or anytime throughout the week. Pastor Erick Schuringa will present the 2nd message in the “Just Love” series. “Love with Gifts”. He will be looking at a number of passages in the book of 1 Corthinians Chapters 12:1-6, 27-31; 13: 1-2; 14:1-5.
When someone has great ability we often give them much trust and power. This has failed miserably on more than a few occasions. The Bible instructs us to assess gifts not on the basis of power, but on the basis of the love that shapes them.
This morning we will also have the privilege of witnessing the baptism of Elliot.

UPCOMING OFFERING: September 22nd – Resonate Global Mission: Formerly Christian Reformed World Missions and Christian Reformed Home Missions, we came together in 2017 as Resonate to walk alongside CRCs as they join God’s mission in their own neighborhoods and around the world.
We do this by planting churches and supporting ministry in North America as well as sending missionaries around the globe to share the good news. But sending people is only part of God’s plan for your congregation. Your church partners with Resonate as you join God’s mission in your own neighborhood and around the world. Resonate is here to walk alongside you in preparing missionaries and volunteers, calling and supporting church planters and campus ministers, connecting with ministries overseas, engaging church members and younger generations in mission work, and following the Spirit by discerning new ways to demonstrate and proclaim the gospel. Together, we help build God’s church.

Thrive Faith Formation Tip - We all do things that are wrong and not pleasing to God. Paul writes in Romans 3:23 that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (NIV). When we do wrong, people get hurt by our actions, words, and even the things we should do but don’t. How have your actions brought others harm? To whom do you need to say you are sorry this week?
