August 7th A.M. – CRC Ministry Shares: In 1862, Christian Reformed congregations recognized that some of the ministries to which Christ calls us can be difficult to do on our own. They covenanted to pool their resources in order to do more and greater ministry together. This system, still implemented today, is very cost-effective and is a big reason why the CRC is able to support a range of ministry programs that is unparalleled for a denomination of our size. August 14th A.M. – ReFrame Ministries (formerly Back To God Minsitries Int’l) is the media ministry of the CRCNA. When you partner with us you are using the reach of media to:
· Share the Gospel in 10 languages: We partner with local, on-the-ground ministries in all of the places and languages in which we operate. Each ministry leader has a team of staff and volunteers who do the important work of sharing the Gospel in their own language and cultural context
· Disciple believers: Our work doesn’t stop with spreading the gospel. Following the example of Christ, our teams seek to build long-term, discipling relationships with the people we meet.
· Strengthen the local church: We believe the Holy Spirit works through the church, so we partner with churches to build and strengthen the body of Christ. English ministries include the following: Today, Family Fire, Groundwork, Think Christian, Kids Corner and Church Juice.
Your gift is reaching people from remote villages in Indonesia to large universities in China. Every dollar you send will provide new video recording tools for social media, airtime for television or radio stations, and follow-up discipleship for seekers or new believers. It is changing communities all over the world.
August 21st A.M. – Smithville Christian High School is providing an authentically Christian education to teens from all over central Niagara. Smithville Christian High graduates are serving God and bringing shalom all over the world. Your gift will be used to keep tuition in check so that many families can have access to the exciting programs that enable our students to thrive. Thank-you for your part in keeping Christian education affordable at all levels.
August 28th A.M. – Cairn Christian School: Our Cairn Christian School sites in Smithville and Stoney Creek work to inspire students to love, learn, and lead together in God's world. This offering provides vital support in achieving this mission, enabling students and families the opportunity to access an amazing Christian Education, and communicates our love for their students.
