October 2021

Welcome to a new month and a new Deacons Corner.

As we start another busy month, we take the time to be still in the presence of the Lord.  We sit in a time of reflection as we have just experienced National Truth and Reconciliation Day and the hard truths and need for healing that comes with this.  We sit in prayer as we ask God to make changes in our hearts, not only to reconcile with our neighbours, but walk alongside Jesus in our neighbourhoods.

And we sit in praise and thanksgiving as we are thankful to God for all of our many blessings not only on Thanksgiving Day, but every day.

Stay tuned for our next Deacons Corner on November 7th!
