This team works at sound and video of the worship service. Operating the sound board, Cameras, ProPresenter, and all the aspects of providing the livestream for our online community. Also providing support for Weddings, Funerals, Concerts and other events in the Church. A team member would serve 1 or 2 times a month.

Positions on the Media team
Sanctuary Sound: this person creates the sound blend for the Sanctuary it is performed upstairs on the balcony. Also gets what is needed for the Praise team like wireless mics and in-ears Time frame is for the praise team practice that normally begins at 8:45 am until the end of the service. Then helps clean up the sound equipment.
Online Sound: This person creates the sound blend for the online audience. It is performed in the video room. Also gets what is needed for the Praise team like wireless mics and in-ears. The time frame is for the praise team practice which normally begins at 8:45 am until the end of the service. Then helps clean up the sound equipment.
Propresenter Operator: This person goes through the presentation moving the words for songs forward. This position is in the video room done from a computer. The time frame is for the praise team practice which normally begins at 8:45 am until the end of the service.
Video Switcher Operator: This person switches the different cameras for the online community and aids the camera operator in setting up all the camera shots for that service.
Camera: This person controls the 2 cameras at the back of the sanctuary getting the shots that the other 8 cameras are not getting. This person is at the church for the praise team practise and adjusts all the stationary cameras for the shot they need with the help of the Video Switcher operator.
Video Recorder: This person records the DVD of the service for sitting and older members that do not have internet capabilities. Also checks to make sure we are streaming the service for the online community. After the service duplicates the DVDs for the quantity needed. The time frame is 9:30 till the DVDs are duplicated after the service
Producer: This person is usually an extra person that knows all the positions listed above and is able to troubleshoot problems as they arise. Normally at the church for 8:am
