Performing Arts @ Mountainview invites you the join us for a Spring Concert with Colamici.
Colamici”…is an Italian word meaning, “with friends”. They are a chamber choir of professional musicians/friends led by the artistic team of Michael and Laura Pin. Their goal is to bring a quality music in a variety of styles to audiences of all ages.
The Spring Concert is centered around the theme of Friendship.

The concert will take place here at Mountainview Church 290 Main St E, Grimsby. Free onsite parking. Handicapped Accessible building.
Tickets are $20 per person or $45.00 per family (2 adults w/children 16 & under). Tickets will be available online via Eventbrite.
Available at the Dutch Shop, Grimsby or at the door on the evening of the concert.

Artistic Director: Michael Pin
Michael Pin is currently the Artistic Director of the Harlequin Singers and shares the Artistic Direction (with his wife, Laura) of the newly formed, Colamici Choir. He holds an Honours Music Education degree from University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto. He has also directed choirs at St. Michael’s in London, St. Ann’s in Ancaster and Music Ministry groups representing the Brant Haldimand Norfolk CDSB.
During his career he has had the opportunity to work with students aged 4 through 19 as Music Teacher, Arts Consultant, Vice-Principal, and Principal. He has also served as the Education Advisor for the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra.
Collaborative Pianist/Artistic Advisor: Laura Pin
Laura Pin has worked extensively as a collaborative pianist, playing with many talented soloists and choirs. She completed music studies at the Banff School of Fine Arts and Western University She also holds an Associate of Music in Piano Performance from the Western Ontario Conservatory of Music. She divides her time between playing for The Harlequin Singers and Hamilton Children’s Choir as well as working as a vocal coach and piano teacher. Laura provides music as cantor and pianist for several churches in the Hamilton Diocese and working for area orchestras (Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony and Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra) as audition accompanist and orchestral keyboard player.
